Easy-to access, customizable templates
Charting with templates couldn't be easier. You can access any built-in or user-created template by typing all or part of the template name or nickname in the SOAP note. The system searches and returns results as you type. Templates can add text, as well as one or more suggested actions. |

Use conveniently-placed search bars to find a patient by typing all or part of the name, nickname, date of birth, patient ID, or telephone number.
